I live in Florida. My HOA Board Architectural Review Committee approved a specific screen enclosure in writing for my house 3 years ago. Today the HOA Board changed many things in the By Laws one being the type of screen enclosure permitted. Is my screen enclosure grandfathered in or do I have to remove it?

If it was approved, they can't rescind the approval after the fact. If at some point in the future the enclosure needed to be replaced due to damage or getting worn out, you might then need to comply with the rules in effect at the time.
