What do your CC&R's say about the protection of ocean, mountain, etc. views? What's your process for enforcing owners to comply?

We have no such restrictions (sight restrictions).

I've only seen them in documents from HI and CA

I've only heard about them, too, but don't know the wording. You'd need an attorney's advice to learn how to make such rules and how to enforce them.

View restriction Covenants do exist and there have been some legal battles over them. If an issue, you might need legal advice.
