Our annual meeting is usually in November, and we have monthly dues.

Assessments are due by 4/1 each year. The annual meeting is the middle to end of April for the next year budget.

Board adopts annual budget for the following year before December 1.
Regular assessments are calculated directly from the budget and due monthly beginning every January 1 according to the budget passed in November.

Annual meeting late March to late July ("within sixty days before or after the anniversary of the recording of this declaration")--we usually have the meeting in late March.

Annual assessment handed out at annual meeting for those who attend, mailed out the next day for those who do not attend.

Dues are set annually and are payable semi-annually (Jan 1 and July 1).

Per our updated ByLaws, annual member meeting is in February on a date selected by the Board. Older ByLaws set 3rd Monday of February and we have continued to use that date. We may change to the last Monday as it is sometimes a tight squeeze to get the meeting mailing out in time with required documents -- notably previous year's financials from our CPA.

Dues are due March 31 and annual meeting mid-may.

Budget is approved in Nov. each year & in effect on Jan 1st. Assessments are paid monthly
