Hello fellow residents, i felt that it would be constructive to start an open discussion about starting the Modification Committee, and about the Association decisions. Here we can be anonymous, or not, but i hope that we can come together as neighbors to compromise.

Please note that the posting rules don't permit revealing HOAs', etc., names.

But, I'm intrigued. What is a "Modifications Committee?" Is it similar to what most here seem to call Architectural Review Committees?
