Board Treasurer for a 44 unit Condo complex in VA Beach. We are looking for a new CPA to perform our Annual Fin Stat Audit as we are not happy with the current auditor. I am having problems finding a Hampton Roads CPA that performs HOA audits - only found Desroche CPAs to date.

Is there a good HOA resource available for finding a CPA in the Hampton Roads area? Likely anywhere up to the Richmond area since most audits can be performed remotely these days. Ah, maybe even in NC in the Outer Banks / Elizabeth City area.

If you are happy with your annual audit in southern VA or Eastern NC, please provide the name of your CPA and contact info if available .
