One of our residents up and sold his house over the weekend. I was contacted this morning by the closing attorney to provide a Closing Letter, stating any outstanding dues (which there are) and how much the monthly dues are, and any initiation fees...

I am sure I can whip something up that would be satisfactory, but just wondering if anyone knew of a good template or sample letter I could use.

Thanks
