Our HOA Management Company uses a computerized financial system. From what I see this is an modest ERP system. What financial system does your HOA Management companies use? Brand name, vendor. Any information as to how they work would be appreciated

Many use TOPS. I think mentioning specific vendors is against the posting rules of this site, although a quick internet search will turn up plenty of information about it.

We are using spreadsheets for accounting
We are using word processors for letters, newsletters, etc.
We are using pen, paper and file folders for architectural tracking

We are a large HOA with many amenities, a $3.8M per year budget and multiple funds (operating, reserve, villa reserve, infrastructure improvement, etc. Our management company uses CINC software. We (Treasurer and Finance Committee) have online, real time access (read only) to all CINC data. This is a vast improvement over our previous management company's software which was mainframe only.
