There has been interests with having a recall on a board member that is currently serving mid term. They are proving themselves to be a hinderance and a liability.

5% of the the owners are ready to sign. I can't find a great petition example online. Any ideas?

You don't petition for a recall.
You petition for a special general membership meeting for the purpose of voting on a recall.
