1, If dripping water is an emergency case. Why when I reported to COA for my upstairs neighbor AC pipes was leaking and caused my utility roof collapse and damaged my AC on May 2016, I attached collapse photos. But I waited for 3 months for a worker to come to fix it. Same type of water leaking issues, roof collapsing, why was mine request delayed for 3 month and others was processes immediately and my home was broken in? Isn’t this a discrimination?

2, I checked my condo law book and rules book, it never mentioned COA or board can ban swimming pool pass who owed HOA fee. But I received a bill that it wrote I can't get pool pass as owe HOA fee. COA should write which code I against. Otherwise he deprived my legal right. It's illegal.

3, In my condo law book and rules book it wrote it is illegal to park junk car in our community parking lots. But the board president parked his junk car in our community parking lots for many years. A lady who lives in town house attended board meeting to complaint this case. But COA and board members all ignored.

4, I reported my next door neighbor have abnormally bad smell which posed a threat to our health and she never allow anyone to enter into her home for many many years. By our by-laws, HOA or COA has the right to get in a unit for health concerns. However, COA manager emailed me that he submitted a form to request City of Rockville in Maryland inspector to check. Why isn’t the right of breaking in not applied this time? Also her home front door has different color with other doors, which is not obeying the by-law. COA manager saw it and told me it’s illegal. But it didn’t have any change until now as my next door neighbor is a current building chair and previous pool staff member, worked with COA manager for many years. Many people complained and 3 NIH employee families had to move out because they can't tolerate her home abnormally bad smell. Actual everyone knows her home likes a trash home and she is a very very strange single lady. Nobody wants to take risk to die by this strange single lady. Should it go to TV news or newspaper to show and let everyone discuss this case. Thanks

No, it's not discrimination.

It's simply poor management.

It appears you have better management now who are more responsive.

If you believe otherwise, consult with an attorney to see what your legal options are.

I understand you are ticked off at the situation.
If you want to vent, that's fine.

However, You are asking this question because you are ticked off about the issue in your earlier thread:

Subject: fight now or Pay and sue back

As I posted earlier, There are consequences for every decision.
Some consequences are known and foreseeable.
Some consequences are not known and unforeseeable.

You have to live with the consequences of your decision.
We do not.

We can help point out the possible consequences so you can make a more informed decision. However, the decision is yours to make.
