Just curious to know if your HOA has a website and, if so, does your BOD post your financials monthly?

We do have a web site but the financials are not on it. They are available to any resident who wishes to see them but posting them is just asking the Treasurer to be hassled by anyone who doesn't understand how much it costs and how much work it is to run a community. Unless your Treasurer want a full time job of answeringthe residents, better leave them where they belong, in the Associations office. Donna S.

We absolutely DO post financials.
It should reduce hassles with the treasurer by making information available for quick reference.

Yes, we have a policy of posting our current monthly balance sheet and income statement on our web site. It has never resulted in any questions. This was a request from one of our members at our annual meeting.

We posts financials as well, however the homeowner of the association must first obtain a password from the corporate office prior to gaining this information from the website. BruceF
