From time to time, I read articles posted on the Investopedia website. They range from preparing for retirement to explaining basic concepts in economics, and today, I found the following article on how real estate property values are computed from a financial prespective.
What builds or destroys property values frequent comes up on this website, so I thought the following article might be useful in understanding the subject. That doesn't mean the discussion as to whether a house painted hot pink, a chicken coop in the backyard or junk cars in the front aren't relevant, because that's important too. So read and ponder....
