Is there anyone out there from Massachusetts or have any knowledge of the State Senate Bill no. 769,

'AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE CONDOMINIUMS BOARD OF DIRECTORS' CLOSED MEETINGS"

I understand it had a Public Meeting May 15, 2007 and is now in Committee of Housing, any information pertaining to this Bill would be appreciated.

Hi Art,

I'm not in MA but I found House and Senate Bills on line at the MD state Attorney General's office. Our gives a summary, the full Bill, sponsor(s), finanial impact (I found this one easier to decipher) and complete status of its progress.
