Hi All

can anyone tell me the diference between a CID and PUD? I am also looking to see what governs a PUD other than the CC&Rs such as the davis sterling act?

Common-interest subdivisions:
• Planned Developments (P.D.’s) aka PUD's (Planned Unit Developments)
• Condominiums (Condos)
• Community Apartments (Com. Apts.)
• Stock Cooperatives (Stock Co-ops)
• Undivided Interest Subdivisions/TIC's (Tenancy in Common)
You can get full descriptions at -

Below is the Davis-Stirling link for "Definitions."
