My community is North Carolina is currently looking at amending our bylaws to allow solar power. We have a law in NC (C22B-20) that makes a blanket denial of solar illegal, but does allow for restrictions.
We are looking for another HOA in NC, that has already amended their bylaws to allow solar, and that would be willing to share the language used.
We are not looking for opinions or guidance, just some approved language in existing bylaws.
