During my research of the deed restrictions filed with the courts in 1977 when our community was developed I'm reading conflicting things that have me so confused. Do Deed restrictions expire 30 years from the date initiated? I've also read that they can be extended so to speak. If they were extended, wouldn't that have to be recorded with the courts like the original? Thank you
