I have a lot less stress now that I am not on the Board. As I walk to halls to keep my blood flowing (I have a blood clot) I see things that probably should not be. I think to myself that is not my problem anymore. It feels so good. Of course if there was a threat to a person or a possibility of property damage I would say something to a Board member. I usually just walk on an ignore any violation of our rules.

I am just concentrating on my health at this time.

Your health IS more important - glad you're doing well!

You're also correct to at least keep an eye on what's going on - you don't have to comment on everything, but if something is really bothering you, don't hesitate to speak up (not doing so may cause even more stress that you don't need).

Wishing you all the Best Bonnie!!!

LOL ... Know the feeling. After my last HOA I did not want to be involved in my new HOA as far as BOD for awhile (really tired and need a break) ... while avoided BOD position did end up on ACC. At our annual meeting it was apparent the ACC had some very minor issues that needs to be addressed, but less work and headache as have had in past. Maybe next year I will be ready to jump into the deep end again
