In October 2016 Maryland passed
Md. STATE GOVERNMENT Code Ann. ง 9-1C-01 (2017)

The law restricts wagering in home games and also applies to 55+ Communities.

Has anyone had to change activities in a 55+ community to comply with this law?

If so, what changes have you made?

Are we talking about a horse racing track in somebody's back yard, a big bingo game the HOA runs or a little poker game with old folks for about $2 pots?

I would be inclined to ignore it
