My entire working career has been in construction, and I don't believe anybody in the world could give you an honest estimate based on that post.

What Mark said.

You'll have to look for this information the old fashioned way - contact several contractors in your area and get estimates so you can compare. Be sure to do your due diligence first - check to ensure they have the proper licenses and permits, an assurance bond (if the work isn't done up to current code, the bond can help fund the work to do it properly), ask for references and CHECK THEM (go out and take a look at the buildings yourself, if possible, especially if the building's similar to what you want to do).

And be sure to read the contract carefully after you're made your selection and ask questions if you don't understand something. Do not sign a contract you haven't read or don't understand!!! I've also heard for projects that may cost several hundred thousand dollars or more, it wouldn't hurt to have an attorney go through it as well.
