Should I report 2017 dues received this month as 2016 income on 1120H form, or wait to show them in the 2017 tax return?

Typically, it won't matter (financially speaking).
The resulting tax (for 1120H) would be the same (do the numbers and find out).
Normally, if the checks were credited and deposited, the funds should be counting in this years revenue.
