Some time ago, if I remember correctly, I mentioned I would give an update on our parking issues.

The parking lot we share with our neighbor, a Care Center, has been resurfaced. Parking spaces have been designated for condominium residents only. Each space is marked (with green paint) designating the unit number for the space. Now the 13 units that do not have a garage parking space has a parking space in the parking lot.

I will be resigning from the Board after our annual meeting due to serious health issues. I also have not been on this site for some time due to my serious health issues. I am just remaining on the Board until after the annual meeting in February so that a smooth transition can be made as a new Board is seated. With my resignation there will be three empty seats on the Board. Two whose term will be up is February asked that they not be placed on the ballot for re-election.

I will still probably come to this site at times to see what is happening in other Associations.

Best wishes & Merry Christmas to you, Bonnie. I think we all know how seriously and diligently you worked to improve your HOA.

Hope some Owners step up who'll be good advocates for all of you on the Board!

Thanks for the good health wishes. I start chemo Monday. It is a little difficult to handle Association business while dealing with my health problems, But I don't want to throw the Association into a turmoil so close to our annual meeting. I wish the lawyer who is an owner could be on the Board, but she is too busy to attend the meetings.
