We have just received the proposed Restated Declaration and Written Ballot that includes a lot of errors. How important is it for these pages to be accurate?

I would hope the wording would be clear, but "a lot of errors" is much too broad. What kind of errors are you talking about? And have you pointed this out to the board - if so, what did they say?

There are around a dozen where an Article/Section refers to another Article/Section but is wrong.

Exhibit B that itemizes certain lots shows: Xxxx HOA, Filing No.3 recorded 8/30/74, etc.
This should be Xxxx HOA, Filing No.1 recorded 6/13/73
Also there are 22 described lots completely left out. Two entire streets of 10 and 12.

The Written Ballot states that 67% of the votes or 245 of the 365 total votes must approve.
......... It should state that 67% of the votes or 232 of the 345 total votes must approve.

And even though not part of the Declaration, the cover letter specifies a number of reasons why the changes are needed. Some of those are just outright stupidity on the part of the BOD, MC and/or attorney. Others are total lies in order to get it passed.
