On our website we will be allowing homeowners a section where they can put various items up for sale. Just wondering if anyone has a set of guidelines in place for handling these requests. Thanks to all.

Interesting idea. However, be sure that you include a disclaimer that states that the listed items are the sole responsibility of seller, HOA has no liability, buyer should have due diligence, etc.
