I am executor of mom's condo and need assistance on requesting variance approval to HOA Board to have estate sale at condo? Template? Form?

Depending where the restriction is located, a variance might not be an option.

Boards may not waive or grant a variance to a covenant.
Boards may waive or grant a variance to a rule or regulation (but should be careful in doing so as it may set precedence).

There is no form unless the Association has one. Therefore, a simple letter should work.

Dear Sir,

I am the executor of my mothers estate which owns the property at [address].
In order to close the estate, I would like to hold an estate sale at the property.
What must I do to allow this to happen?
