Does anyone have a Proxie Example valid for Virginia in 2016. I am looking for something I can draft and run the pdf file, off of our Website in a downloadable version. I have a very good example that @Tim provided, I just want to make sure that what I post, will not be rejected from my Board. Since our HOA dropped their Corporate status, I now have two different names on my Instruments.

@Tim, as far as activating a 2 year old thread, just so you know, that is the norm on 99% of most forums and that is why they have a search feature. Maybe we need to add that little tidbit into the "How to use this website page".

I will do that. I am also doing a training video for this site, for my community. I should have it done in about two hrs. I will kill the two birds with the one stone.
