I am the secretary of a Resident Owned mobile home park in CT. Am I required to sign letters, late notices, etc. I sign the minutes but feel letters I type for the President or any board member should be signed by that person. Please advise as I am being asked by the new President to sign a letter stating we are putting a lien on the property of a member if payment is not made. Thank you
