My fellow board members are trying to ascertain whether there are any Condos in the Atlanta area that permit screening of balconies on the front side of the buildings? (visible to the public)

If you are aware, please let me know. One board member does not believe there are any condos in the Atlanta Metropolitan area that permit screening of units that face the public view / side. I doubt she is accurate.

We are trying to gather information with which to discuss at an upcoming board meeting.

It's not what other HOA's have. It's what your HOA wants to have. Check with your local fire or codes department to see if having such is in violation. Otherwise, your HOA is free to put this up for a vote.
