Hello,

Does your state mandate that a member of the board be on the HOA's Architecture Committee? In our HOA it is called the New Construction Committee. Please respond with a yes or no and your state. Thank you very much.

Clay, typically those type of requirements would be within Association governing documents vs. State statute.
