Hello, I am a new member and happy to find this forum. I am searching for durable but inexpensive pool chaise lounges and chairs. We are in Denver CO, and most of what I can find is online companies in Florida. Looking for recommendations on how to approach this or who to call? We only need about 10 of each, lounges and chairs. I think the vinyl strap might be the best value, but not sure.

Local big box store for an order that small. If an outside pool in Denver then only open a few months so one can cut a few corners on quality. If year round (inside) than go up a step or two in quality.

Never used them but Christy Sports, Denver

Try this site again, Joanne for broader HOA topics.

I think JohnC's right about where to find 10 lounge chairs. Five years years back, we were looking for three additional ones to match the 12 we had. A member of a committee we have for such matters poked around online, found that that style was no longer made, so poked further to find three that were a close match. These were submitted to the board and purchase was approved. Sicne we only were reserving for 12 (plus other pool furniture), the three ha to be purchased from our operating budget's contingency line item.

I have to say, the three now are unusable and yes, they were cheap. Meantime, the 15 y.o. Brown Jordon ones carry on and are outside day & night in a sunny climate. We had them restrapped 5 years ago, but it's not really strapping, its sort of a sold woven materials.

We've always had a very good experience with commercial grade pool furniture and have used the following. Prices are fair and the quality is excellent. Don't wait until pool season to order.

Most folks are moving away from straps and going slings. They breathe and they are more comfortable.

Good, Mike. I think what we have must be slings. If you get quality lounge chairs, you can, in several years get them reslung in stead of replacing the entire piece of furniture.
