If you continually have problems with the CC&Rs in your HOA in Florida, please visit website ccfj.net and send an e-mail to Gov. Crist and Lt. Gov. Kottkamp to Veto Bills S 314 and S 902/H433 which provides associations with a method to revitalize deed restrictions that have expired. This revitalization process takes the homeowners rights away who have purchased homes in an association whose restrictions have expired. It takes less of a vote to revitalize than it does to change CC&Rs in most communities. Thanks for any help you can provide.
