HOA CC&R

We currently have only wells on each of the properties in our association. We are about to get treated water, so we need to do an addendum to the CC&R so that peoples projects are done legally, to code and documented so that the association can keep track of the various pipes running along side our roads to get to the water main lines which will only exist in two places in our development.

I am looking for others who have regulations regarding homeowners installing their own water pipes along roadsides, etc so I can use them as a guideline when I write ours.

Also looking for a law firm in Northern California who handles doing an addendum to CC&R's.
