I am a new board member in a condo community in IL. A meeting (homeowners are also admitted) is called by the president. No agenda is distrubuted yet. I Does the law says anything about the need to send agenda of the meeting ahead of the meeting? I checked in the IL condo act and found nothing.

Thanks,
Vp

Did you ask the president? Is this a special meeting and if so, what do your documents say about that (if you're on the board, you should be reading your documents first to see what they say).

With Sheila, ask the prez for a copy of the agenda. Also with Sheila, is this a special meeting?

Did you check all of the sources that others have generously provided for you in your other post(s) in your state?

Di you check your own bylaws? In my HOA, our bylaws say the agenda must be posted 4 days ahead of open meetings. This matches our state's statutes.
