In my community where I am a board member, we pay $23/ month per home for property management fees. On top of it $6.5 for book keeping fees, 4$ / month / home for printing fees.

That is 33.50/month/home for management fees and we pay 135$/month for a community with a pool.

Can you throw in ideas to reduce fees for a community in East bay, Calfornia
