Can anyone recommend a good HOA management company that covers central North Carolina (specifically Winston-Salem)? We are not happy with our management company and are considering switching to a different one.

Thanks

Tom,

You may want to review the forum's posting rules.

You may want to provide an e-mail so others who may be able to provide you with recommendations can contact you off site. If you don't want to provide your personal e-mail (which is understandable) you can create an e-mail address using one of the many free e-mail providers available on the web, and post that address.

Sorry didn't realize I was breaking the rules.

If anyone can recommend an HOA Management Company that would cover a subdvision located in Winston-Salem, NC I would very much appreciate it. Please email at [email protected] .

Thanks

Tom, did you actually read the posting rules?

Yes I just did. As TimB4 suggested I thought I would be in compliance if I asked people to email me privately rather than posting on the site. Is that incorrect?

That's fine, the issue was posting your real first and last name along with the name of your HOA. Looks like you fixed that now so you're good to go

Yes, now you're good to go, Tom. As it turns out, though, we only have a couple of posters from NC and they're not very regular. And I don't know if thy live in your region. There could be some lurkers here who might reply to you...

Another approach is to contact the property mgrs. to give your their President's contact info, or leave yours with them, so you can query your counterparts in other HOAs near you.
