The road in our association is owned by the State of NC and has rules for the vegetation along the road which is not pleasant. Does any other Association have a similar problem?

I have to confess that I don't have a clue what you are asking or stating.

Are you saying that the RULES for vegetation are unpleasant, or the rules are for UNPLEASANT vegetation.... in some way...

Our roads in our subdivision are county owned and maintained. They have rules that vegetation cannot grow into the right of way nor obstruct view. Otherwise, I'm not aware of anything more specific.

In NC either roads are maintained by NCDOT or in some areas the City in which the roadway is, however they still go through NCDOT for repairs.

I too am not sure exactly what you are asking here?
