Does the Board need to provide a copy of the reserve study in the annual packet distributed to membership? This question is for a Condo Association in CA.

You must receive a summary of the Reserve Study in the packet you receive with your budget and other state-required materials that you receive annually.

Visit Davis-stirling.com and scroll down the Main Index to Reserves Study or Annual budget.

Do note, Suzie, that the entire study doesn't need to be sent. Ours, for instance, is over 100 pages, but with the summary, your board or mgmt. co. should state that the entrée study is available to you.
