When going into a NEW HOA Board Meeting for the FIRST time.. What are some important questions/issues that should be LOOKED at... at the outset? For example, Are the CC&Rs recorded with the Clerk of Courts, etc

Norman, I would first be concerned about electing officers. Then I recommend doing a transition audit. See attached.
