I have to write a letter(email) to the owners of the condo association as to the results of the recently conducted HOA elections.
Does anyone have any unique/clever idea as to what can be said in the email?..... just announcing the names of those elected for the year t come.

Nothing clever,

Just the facts: The annual general membership meeting was held on mm/dd/yyyy
42 Lots were represented at the meeting, 21 by proxy. This equaled approx. 32% of the membership.
The following individuals were elected to serve as a Director on the Board of Directors:

What more do you need? You might want to announce the officer positions each member will fill and any contact information they are willing to share.

Studies show that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions

I don't know if OK has any legislation about announcing election results. You might check. In CA, for instance, we do not have to mail or email the results but must post them in a visible spot including the # votes per candidate including those who weren't elected. We also must include these results in our next regular board meeting minutes. And we note them in our newsletter.

In CA, an organizational meeting immediately must follows the election and the new board selects officers. As suggested above put those names in your letter too.

I also think that it would be a nice touch to thank the new volunteers for their willingness to serve your community. And give special thanks to those who may have retired after xx years of service.

Obtaining a quorum and getting people to vote can be a challenge and on that basis alone I would include profuse thanks to the candidates, everyone who voted, the volunteers who counted the ballots and the nominating committee (if there is one). You could also ask that everyone lend their support to the new directors and officers as they begin their terms, yada yada yada. Standard stuff you see after every election at all levels.

Notice may be posted as long as ยง5310 is followed.

So, how 'bout quoting 5310, Richard, if you think it's important. Since the OP is from OK, I mainly was trying to point out that he might have state laws to follow. CA only was an illustration.

I agree, Geno, sincerely thank everyone involved!
