Does anyone know a software that works with callboxes? We have a lot of complaints about lines at our gate because visitors can't get in. Also, we have a community code that residents can use as a fail safe if they forget their fob but they just end up sharing it. Anyone found any good solutions?

Generally, there is software available for the type of intercom system that was installed. There could be something more sophisticated as an access system or as simple as an intercom system. Some of the software is free, some have an additional charge. Some systems have to be programmed at the machine, some can be programmed either via modem or internet connection.

I have programmed both Doorking and Elite systems. Both are good systems. There are many others to choose from.
