NpS' inspiration:

Your annual elections are coming up and 5 are running for 3 openings. The candidates will present and take questions at a Candidates Night. Onwers may ask any three questions they wish. What are yours?

1. What three attributes can you offer our community based on your background and experience? Be specific.

2. Please give us three reasons for you wanting to serve on our board of directors?

3. How much time do you think it will take to learn our CC&Rs, bylaws, Rules & Regulations and the basics of state law to get up to speed?

1 - Are you eligible under state law - and under our own documents - including within the forseeable future, to lawfully join the Board ?

2 - If your eligibility ends during Board membership, do you commit if elected to resigning forthwith and transitioning smoothly and lawfully to replacement ?

3 - Is there anything in your past - or any sort of 'baggage' - that would impede your ability to function lawfully & properly on the Board ? Is there something we should know ( even if you do not wish to share with us the details ) ?
