Our 53 year old 60 unit complex in north
Dallas is looking for a new property management
company, preferably small and Dallas based.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Go searching under Property Managers and you will get many hits. Narrow the search to HOA Property Managers and only consider those doing such versus a "General Property Manage". First thing out of the barrel is ask them for references from similar type HOA's as yours to cull them down.
