just an observation

I was to a health fair a few months ago. Many displays were at this "health fair". Some had nothing to do with health. One was promoting a new "community living" development. I told the man at the display that I was on the board of a condominium association. He told me he had heard horror stories about HOA's and COA's.

I was wondering if he did not understand that he was promoting a HOA. In his mind this was going to be a "new" way of living.
