If anyone has a 'Specifications for Landscaping' in a PDF format they would like to share, I'd be grateful. We are a large condo complex in north Idaho and our current landscape contract expires at the end of the year. We need lawns mowed, trees/shrubs trimmed, flower beds maintained, weeds killed, etc.
