I'm living in a closed community where roads are private. When someone speeding in the road cop does get involved much as it is a private road.
What kind of suggestions you guys have?

Speed bumps in the road. They do not have to be car shaking ones. I was in a neighborhood where there were rather long and were not jolting (rather smooth) if going under the posted speed of 20. They had some with lines painted on them you could easily see them as you approached them.

Speed bumps, speed limit signs with build in speedar, traffic dots.

Speed bumps you'll need to spec it out and have your city's fire marshal approve since it can only be a certain height and width. There is also visibility of speed bumps. People need advance warning or be able to see the bumps coming or it's a liability issue.
