and the Trustee's decide on their own to have 4 year terms, and do not have an election for all the Trustee's position each year, how to you call a meeting to have re-election. Our by-laws say the only way they can be changed is with a 66% vote of all voting power, and we have never changed them for Trustee's to stay in for a 4 year term.

Lorna, if incorporated you must have an annual meeting each year. Check your By-laws; they should also require annual meetings with election of Board members each year. Advise the Board when they are not in compliance and demand they call each required meeting.

We are incorporated but the last election was for only one Trustee not all 3, they are telling the comminity they can make up their own terms for 4 years even though they have not had a formal vote to change the by-laws. The by-laws say in order to change them there mustt be a vote of 66% of the voting power. So do I call a special meeting for a re election or what do I do.
