We have a pending issue with an asphalt project completed a year ago. Need to seek legal advise as contractor is being uncooperative. Portions of the agreement were written vague and we'd like to seek a legal opinion to see if HOA should pursue legal action or if we need to bite the bullet and move on. Looking for HOA attorney in the San Jose, Campbell, Santa Clara area. Anyone have a good referral?
