Our by-laws address Special meetings of the board, but says nothing about emergency meetings. We had an attempted hostel takeover of the association by the former declarant on Saturday. We need to address this today, if possible. The "Special" meetings require a 3 day written notice to each director. Arizona statutes define the need for an emergency meeting based on physicalities, such as fire, floor, war, etc. Question: Is there any way we can call an immediate emergency meeting by simply contacting the board members? What if someone is out of contact? HELP me please! Thank you.

Madonna, what is so critical that you can't give the 3 day notice? If you feel the need for and QUALIFY for an emergency meeting then go for it.
