Some of our most active residents are here only 6 months out of the year. To serve on the Board of Directors, we need to consider using audio or visual conferencing, which our Fl. Statues permit. Is any HOS presently using either and what suggestions would you make for first time users. I am on the Board and also serving on a committee investigating this topic,

Skype can work well, is free and only requires someone to set up a laptop with a skype acct on it

Keep in mind that if you record a copy of the meeting (vs simply broadcasting it) that copy is now part of the Associations records Therefore, you should establish a policy on how long to keep the copy.
