As I write this, the counter says Tim has posted 9999 times!

One more and he breaks the P10K barrier. (That's ten thousand posts for those who are math-challenged.)

I think it would only be appropriate that the site administrators award a new car to Tim. It would also be fitting that the car come with a wrap touting HOATalk.com, making it a commercial vehicle that would not be allowed to park in Tim's association.

Car or no car, congratulations Tim.

I'm curious if the counter goes to 10,000 or will it roll over to zero again.

Studies show that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions

Tim will win nothing as Tim most likely does not look at his number and only is an individual out to help others succeed via his knowledge after walking many miles in their shoes. With Tim I would contend it is not any contest, but a sense of duty where he feels compelled to help others when possible. And this most likely is due to his military background. BTW ... Thank you for serving our country Tim, you and others service is greatly appreciated!

Tim wins the knowledge that he has helped so much by turning HOA ignorance into HOA tolerance for so many, myself included.

Maybe a humanitarian award for all the help he has given his fellow Americans.
Bravo Tim.

Tim,
Wow sounds like you've certainly put your time in here as well as in your own HOA. Janet mentioned your military background, I too would like to thank you for serving our country.

Thanks for the nice comments. However, I was really hoping for a new car

Instead of the car, I will stick with the friendships that have been made on this forum. That of course is always better than a car.
