Where is the section or chapter on owner/member rights or statement of rights?

Owners/members provide the funds for everything: purchase of property and all ongoing expenses. Clear definition of their rights seems essential.

The constitutions of most governments including state governments begin with a Declaration or Rights for citizens or equivalent.

The Statement of Rights for owners/members is a clear missing part of the owners association equation. Please review my compilation of a Statement of Rights for one person's effort to define that missing part at
. This Statement of Rights has attenpted to compile the writings of many commentators.

It would be covered in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

My apologies, I just went on the Publishers website for my book and they have raised the price from $11.95 to $14.95. Still worth it, has a wealth of information that I feel will help and benefit you. That's why I wrote it! :0)
