This is really helpful - thanks for the referral! I'll give this to my board for review - even if a community decides not to go the FHA certification route, its guidelines could provide some insight as to what the community should aim for in stabilizing its finances. That might also help sales because people won't be concerned they're buying passage on a sinking ship.
